The International Center for Dialogue, Social Sustainability and Shared Society will be established as an expansion to the Oranim International School (OIS) at Oranim College. The International School brings together faculty, students, social activists, businessmen and businesswomen, policy makers and experts from all over the world to collaborate, enrich and empower each other in thinking, writing and researching not only toward academic and educational goals, but also, and perhaps mainly, to create practical models and tools for social change.
The Center will train and qualify scholars and practitioners to become agents of change, who will systematically apply theories and modalities in practical projects on the ground while they partake in the Center’s different programs and upon returning to their countries and positions. The topics on which the Center will focus and attempt to promote are:
Intercultural and Interfaith Dialogue
Social Sustainability
Shared Society
